HI - are the dishes oven safe?

I have not tried them in the oven as normally put things in hot just to keep warm. Otherwise very good.

Will this do 3 x 2 person meals - or are the containers too small?

This is brilliant for two people. I used to make 3 dishes with one main meat/chicken/whatever and there is enough to feed 3 in each dish. I find that I we can eat one meal and freeze the rest for when I want meals in a rush. If you use 3 different cooking sauces be aware that with other ingredients you may have to freeze part of the jars. Works well for me. Even now, when I'm on my own, I still do the same and freeze individual portions. I get lots of choice when I can't be bothered to cook!

Can this be used to keep food hot over night ?

The instructions say it keeps things warm for 3 hours, I don't find it does a very good job of keeping them hot unless I put it on high for a bit with boiling water in to heat the dishes and make sure food is hot when put it in. It's ok to put on overnight if you are cooking it though. A lot of people said in reviews that it's annoying there is no light to indicate when it is on, this seemed a minor criticism when I was deciding to but it but now ilve had it for a bit I think it is quite dangerous and have to keep double checking that I have turned it off. Also the lead is very short and we had to use an extension lead to use it anywhere, even in a kitchen with about 12 sockets.
