Perfect fit

Thought the pump was going on our cap maker. We took the filter apart and cleaned it and still it did not work properly so we decided, before we invest a new coffee maker (and we would by the same brand as it has served us well with daily use for years), we would try the cheaper route of a new filter basket. This did the trick and the machine is working like brand new once again.

It just works, which is its main purpose.

Using the authentic filter is so much better than the cheap equivalent. Somehow, it seems to foam up the espresso better to produce a smoother creamier head and ideal for a cappuccino.
