It doesn't seem to wanna melt any wax. I used 1/4 of a wax tart n it's been on 5+ hours??

It is a false advertisement. It says on the description that is accepts "tarts" and when I got the package there was a note in it saying that it only uses essential oils. I would have returned it for false advertising but my husband threw out the box. Do Not Buy This if you intend to melt wax tarts. That is what I wanted to do but guess what... it doesn't.

Do you need to mix water with essential oil or can I just put 5 drops of essential oil without water?
