⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Excellent Tool for Lung Health and Recovery!** I recently purchased the *Incentive Spirometer Adult Breathing Exercise Device* and have been extremely pleased with its performance. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a respiratory condition, or just want to improve your lung capacity, this device is a must-have! The build quality is sturdy and clearly designed with ease of use in mind. The visual indicators make it simple to track your progress and stay motivated. After consistent use, I definitely feel improvements in my breathing strength and lung capacity. The device is lightweight, easy to clean, and comes with clear instructions—perfect even if you’ve never used a spirometer before. It’s great that this pack includes 50 units too, which makes it ideal for healthcare settings or family use. Highly recommend for respiratory therapy, post-op recovery, or general lung health improvement. A small investment with huge benefits!

I broke my collarbone in September and quickly realized I was splinting my breathing without meaning to. My doctor recommended getting an incentive spirometer. After comparing a few options, I chose this one because of the little gauge ball that shows whether your inhale is smooth and controlled. I'm so glad I picked this version. When I first got it (about two weeks after my injury), I could barely lift the main shaft to 500 ml, and even that made me dizzy. The gauge ball immediately showed me why: I was trying to pull too hard to compensate instead of breathing evenly. This design taught me how to inhale smoothly rather than sharply. Within seven weeks of regular use, I can now raise the shaft through the full 5000 ml range while keeping my inhale steady. It made a huge difference in helping my lungs open back up and getting comfortable, deep breaths again. The device is sturdy, easy to read, and genuinely helped my recovery.

This is simple and easy to use. I got it to help my mother who has ILD. Price is affordable as well and it is light wait and I love that the mouth piece is easy to store with the handle, it’s a great design and very functional.

This is exactly if not a bit better than the functionality of the one a hospital will release you with, to increase lung function after surgery or illness, I used one after ablasion surgery to restore my lung function, and also found if used after severe colds or flu you can get back to work a day or two earlier. also using one of these even when your healthy can increase your lung capacity for general improvement in your day to day activities as it excersizes your capacity in a visual way you can see without mega expensize excersize units runners and marithon people use., its lightweight, not fragile, this unit will test to 5000ml flow capacity on your intake breath with similar ones going to 3000 or 3500 so lots of room for growth, cleaning is easy.

You get what you ordered which is hard to find in todays world. I ordered this because I quit smoking and I thought it would be helpful in speeding up my lung function. It definitely does, but I can't believe I didn't have this all along just for the breathing excercises that is so beneficial to not only pulmonary, but stress, cardio, endurance etc.etc. Well worth it!!!
