Great quality and response and lasts long. Why 4 stars: Balls show minor deformation after prolonged use which makes them bounce or drop unexpectedly which can be frustrating sometimes, otherwise great set of balls to play with

These Selkirk Pro S1 pickleballs have exceeded my expectations. The 38-hole design provides consistent flight patterns and excellent aerodynamics during play. The crack-resistant construction is immediately noticeable - after multiple games, the balls still maintain their integrity with no visible wear or cracks. Quality item. Though I don’t have scientific proof, I find these balls very credible. I also believe I will replace them because of wear, before they crack. And, I believe they wear better than “What’s their name”🤔

Después de jugar con una de estas pelotas durante varios sesiones con un tiempo total superior a 10 horas todavía no tiene ni una pequeña fisura. Según algunas opiniones el defecto que tienen es que en lugar de romperse se deforman dando lugar a vuelos irregulares. Por mí parte todavía no he notado esto. Esta opinión es después de jugar con temperaturas cálidas. Desconozco todavía su comportamiento en tiempo frío.

We've been using the Selkirk Pro S1 balls for a few weeks now on our outdoor courts, and I can honestly say that they are the best balls we have used so far in the 3 years of playing pickleball. We started off using the gamma outdoor ball, which was pretty soft and they didn't last long. Probably better for indoor use. Then we progressed to the Franklin x40 which were better, however they are prone to crack quickly after only 3-4 hours of play, especially in cold conditions. Again these are probably better indoors. After that we tried the ProKennex balls, and the which lasted longer, but felt 'heavy' on paddle and didn't bounce up as high. These also don't 'hang' in the air as long as the others, so suit a lobbing game. Dinking is consistent, but again they feel heavy on the paddel. The Selkirk is just as good as the ProKennex, however they bounce constantly better, glide through the air better, and take spin well. Dinking is challenging, as they can pop up because of the extra bounce, but they will help tighten up you game. Over all, the best balls yet. Also, so far no breaks, however the balls do look battered for constant play! If you're ordering for a club, order 100 balls, and they will probably last for a couple of years.
