I love Electrolit Zero. It definitely works. I’m always dehydrated because I forget to drink water. I’ll drink one of these and I immediately feel great. I only drink the zero versions because there’s no sugar. And the flavors are actually pretty good, not overpowering. I prefer these over Powerade or Gatorade.

Flavor is pretty nice, a bit sweet, but not overpowering. The bottle is sturdy and comes filled to the tip-top, so be careful when opening. Sometimes the lid can be a little difficult to twist open for people with grip problems, but for the most part this brand of electrolyte drink is pretty easy to use and effectively provide a mild boost of wellness for folks prone to electrolyte imbalance or to replenish in instances of mild dehydration (after exercise, illness, etc.). We buy this brand in a variety of flavors, most of which are not zero calorie, but appreciate them just the same. I find this brand easier to open than the popular name brand item targeted for children. Also prefer it over the popular sports brand that starts with a "G" just because it doesn't have so much of that koolaide-y flavor.

This is the best drink to hydrate after you been drinking. It taste so good, & does the trick, I recommend highly to all your friends.

If you’re feeling really dehydrated, this product will boost you almost instantly it feels like. The taste has an aftertaste to it but other than that, works as it should.
