Recently purchased and assembled, so longevity and durability are not critiqued, but I see know reason why these steps wouldn’t last a long time. First impression was these are well manufactured, heavy, quality materials, and best of all weatherproof for our Indiana climate. It doesn’t look cheap, but rather resembles the Trex decking boards that are very popular. Assembly was straight forward, and easy. If you need more assistance than the paper instructions there’s an online 6 minute video on their website. Only tools required came with the product and consisted of a wrench to hold the nuts, and an alan wrench to screw in the bolts. Once put together the steps are the perfect height and width for our Bullfrog hot tub. They don’t take up to much room, yet still provide a stable stepping platform to get in and out of the spa. Very sturdy, looks good, high quality, and I expect them to last a very long time. Price point seems to be on par with other steps I looked at, and these are definitely worth every penny. When it comes to a wet slippery surface, safety was paramount for me with my family, and you pay for what you get. If you’re looking for quality, structural integrity, ease of assembly and good looks all in a simple straight forward design, these steps are it.

I bought 2 of these to fit the door space of my tack room. One of the panels had a hairline crack at the joint and broke off when I tried to connect it with the adjoining corner piece. The crack most likely happened during packing? I applied some gorilla glue to it and screwed it back in. We’ll see how long it last? I sure hope it holds? This’ll be a good test for the gorilla glue! But for the most part it seems very sturdy, well constructed, worth the money, and very nice looking. Two of them together made it the perfect size and height for my doorway. Been using it during these summer months (25) now thru 70mph winds and rain and it’s still holding!

These look great and are super solid (and heavy!) The proper height for an above-ground spa. If you can assemble an Ikea shelf you can assemble these, the hardware was easy to deal with and all the pre-drilled/threaded holes aligned well. The printed instruction booklet has 2 different QR codes. the first shows the entire assembly process in detail and it is accurate. The second is specific to the step where you install the top riser panel and which way to insert it at first. As others have commented it will not go in as easily as shown, you WILL need a rubber mallet or a hammer to gently tap it down and into place. I was able to do this without damaging it with downward taps along the length of the panel til it slowly but surely will tuck beneath the top step, but be sure you use cardboard or foam to protect it as you're whacking away at it or you'll mar the surface.

These steps are very well made, and I love that they’re not made of wood, and will last forever! I even added some little lights on the edges just for added safety at night. Very simple to put together, and a really good price!!

Very sturdy - holds my 300 lbs solidly. No wiggle, no bending, feels totally secure. Also not slippery, even when wet. Looks like wood but it’s better - no splinters, easy to hose off and clean. We bought one set to experiment and really liked it, so bought a second to make a wider entrance. Anything this “double” size in wood is $2,000 - totally out of my price range. My 13-year old put it together in about a hour, says it was straightforward and easy, just like building a Lego set but bigger. Very good option for me!

Assembled our Denkoe spa stairs this morning. Selected this model because it supports greater weight and purports not to fade. Appears to be a FABULOUS product, assembly instructions were clear and made it EZ! VERY STURDY and a great value for the money. This is perfect for stepping in and out of my spa. Good size as per measurements & modern solid material providing a very solid structure. The colour is a perfect match and in all a lovely addition to my space.

The quality of the product is good. However, I found the assembly instructions to be confusing and the diagrams quite confusing. Had to use some intuition and common sense to figure out how to assemble.
