Great solution at a great price! So, I did a little research to find some way to get rid of a small hard deep cyst on my left cheek near the jawline. My dermatologist said my only permanent solution was surgery, which would also cause a scar. What bothered me most about it was the attention-drawing discoloration and raised surface. I put together a daily regime of vitamins and external compress treatment. I am NOT a doctor. After only four days of this new regime, I can no longer feel the cyst by touch. The discoloration has greatly improved. I am finally making progress without surgery! DAILY VITAMINS: Zinc 15mg/day Vitamin A 5,000 IU/day NAC 600mg/day SURFACE TREATMENT: Warm compress 2x a day for 20 minutes with a moist chamomile tea bag on top of cyst under the compress. This compress strap is comfortable and versatile. Super easy to use and store away. Affordable and well made. Bonus? Removable packets attach in place with velcro.

This ice pack was a life saver!! Having 4 of them to be able to switch them out and keep icing was nice! It was comfortable and helped ease so much pain & swelling after having all of my teeth extracted. Highly recommend!

Lifesaver after wisdom teeth removal! Extremely comfortable. Nice having 4 total ice packs to swap in and out of the freezer in between uses. Helped relieve pain. Super comfortable and easy to use. Switched over to heating the pads in the microwave after a few days of cold therapy. Retains heat well. Cannot recommend this product enough.

I purchased this for my post tonsillectomy recovery and am so glad I did. The material is soft, lightweight, and comfortable against the skin. It conforms well to the shape of the face and secures at the top of the head, allowing for an adjustable fit that can be worn loosely or snugly. One feature I particularly appreciated is that it comes with four freezer packs, which makes it easy to rotate them and have a fresh cold pack ready more often. Like most head wraps of this type, the cold doesn’t last as long as I would like, which is the main reason I rated it four stars instead of five. I also found it useful without the inserts to gently compress my head and neck during the night, which helped relieve discomfort. While I haven’t yet tried using it as a heat pack, I appreciate that the option is available. Overall, I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to others, especially for post surgical recovery or headache relief.

Very good, help me through my recovery for wisdom teeth removal, very easy as it has the wrapping fixture, it did cold very well, the freezing time was fast, it lasted a long time, the weight was very light, it did help with the pain relief, size was perfect

Great for me as I just had tonsils and adenoids removed. Would also be great for wisdom teeth! Comfortable. I have a tiny head and it’s very sizable. I think someone with a big head would probably be able to use it. No issues with it moving and quality of the ice packs and the sleeve itself is pretty good. Thicker material. Super easy to use. Has good instructions right on the product. 10/10

Loved it for swelling it worked for about a month then I noticed the seals were splitting and the gel was spilling out .. thought it was mabey one but now all of them are split.. so it worked great for a bit but disappointed in gel packs..

Great way to soothe a sore jaw and reduce inflammation after oral surgery. It’s quite large, so someone with a small face may have to tweak the fit a bit. The ice packs don’t seem to stay cold for as long as some other ice packs, but since it comes with extra packs, you can simply rotate them out as needed. Super easy to use and the ear holes are a plus. Recommend purchasing this before you have your oral surgery, that way it is ice cold and ready to go when you are needing it.

Génial pour mettre après une opération d'extraction des dents de sagesse. Comme c'était pour un ado, j'ai pris ce modèle car il offre l'avantage de dégager les oreilles et permet à un jeune convalescent qui ne peut pas faire grand-chose (sport interdit au début) de se divertir en écoutant de la musique, des vidéos ou des jeux vidéos en entendant bien et en ne souffrant pas. L'objet se pose facilement et s'ajuste à très bien à la tête et il tient sans difficulté. Les quatre pains de glace fournis sont intéressants car il y en a toujours deux au congélateur, prêts pour succéder à ceux qu'on utilise. Aucun défaut pour nous.

Nach Weisheitszähne OP für meine Tochter gekauft. Sie war sehr zufrieden. Hatte noch von einem anderen Hersteller bestellt. Im Vergleich hat dieser Artikel aber wesentlich besser abgeschnitten. Hält gut am Kopf und verrutscht nicht. Kühlung hält lange an. Ist bequem zu tragen. Meiner Tochter hat es die Schmerzen nicht genommen aber sehr gut gelindert. Daumen hoch. Würde ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen
