So Far So Good
Used tank sprayer, mix by directions (24oz per 1 gal water). Sprayed brick patio with lots of weeds/grass growing through. Seeing results in less than 12 hours. Final judgement is over next 12+ months. There is a residue left on bricks that I am wait for next rain to wash off. A good rain washed all residue off the bricks. Will update review with any additional pertinent information.

Does the trick for sure. Just be very cautious of your pets and strays of any kind.

Horrible dilution rate
I bought this to mix in my sprayer because it was cheaper than roundup or spectracide, which I’ve used with success. but when I peeled back the label to read the instructions, I was shocked to learn that it takes 24 oz for a gallon. The others usually called for about 4 oz. I also bought this hoping that the claim that it keeps weeds away for a year is true. We’ll see. I just sprayed weeds in my front yard and back. After about half an hour I see the weeds are wilted and turning brown. If they come back in less than a year, I won’t be buying this again. It’s too expensive because of the dilution rate.

It works well, but follow the directions
I've used this product before and generally it works well. The dilution rate makes coverage expensive. It doesn't clobbered weeds as quickly as other products. I like to use vinegar then follow up with Ortho. I've never had any issues with the container leaking. I would encourage everyone to follow the directions. It works well, but can be expensive for large areas.

Works Fast
This works great. I have a lot of landscaped areas in my yard and have tried just about everything to keep the weeds out. This works better than all the others I have tried.

Ground Clear That Works
Clears ground as described in advertisement. Live out and have large rocked area. Used several different brands to clear grass and weeds growing through the rock but Ortho was the first to kill the ground cover and it has stayed clear with no new growth.
