They're cheap and they spread paint. Great if you're not a pro and need a lot of brushes.
PROS: They are cheap and work I needed a lot of brushes because I use them for an odd, single use purpose: To spread epoxy doing fiberglass. You can't really effectively clean out the epoxy and it's going to harden, so I only get 5-20minutes of use out of a brush depending on the hardening time of my epoxy!!! So, I don't want to use an expensive brush for just a few minutes and throw it away. That would be way too expensive. So, these are PERFECT for me. They also might be perfect if you are planning a painting party with a bunch of people that you have to supply brushes. If you just need some around the house for when you suddenly need to touch up something... and then figure you'll throw it away anyway rather than clean it meticulously, these would give you a good supply on hand! SO... the CONS: These are not high quality. They aren't going to last that long, they aren't going to really "load up" as much paint as a premium brush and they aren't going to make as fine a line or as even a coat as a premium brush. But if you're like me, you might not be able to make any of these happen with a premium brush anyway!!

Decent brushes
I bought these for painting melted beeswax on honey frames. They do a great job and are cheap enough that I just throw them away after I'm done. I haven't noticed any shedding.

Fan and pull before use to avoid shedding
Bought these for throw away for applying Cement UV acrylic sealer. I don't bother cleaning. The brushes need to be fanned and pulled on before use or you will have retention issues. Great value for acrylic paint jobs. The size works great for back brushing and filling missed spots.

Purpose made
Pro grade in the title is an exaggeration but I knew from many times using these what I was buying and with realistic ideas of what the can be used for they work great for one use! They are what is shown in the photos.

Decent, disposable brush
Not super high quality but get the job done when I have a small job and don’t want any messy cleanup. They don’t hold a lot of paint for big jobs and do lose a few bristles.
