Hisense FUV124D4AWE Built in Freezer, White [Energy Class E]

After 4 months of use, I'm quite happy to the buy. It has a good interior depth size that enables me to fit more stuff in than I expected. It is quiet that I barely notice the compressor is turned on. My only complains is on the glass shelves that are a little too thin. Thus I avoid placing the heaviest things at the center.

First impressions are a nice sleek design. The unit is quiet and looks easy to maintain and clean.Installation is a bit time consuming, switching around hinges was reasonable straightforward, however the hex heads require a good fitting 8mm socket, attempting with just a screwdriver isn't sufficient.Fitting the unit door, fairly straightforward and once cover is fitted a clean appearance.The screw legs, although look flimsy are relatively sturdy, albeit tight to turn on two of them. I had to use an adjustable spanner to extend one.Early days, so can't comment on how long it will last, but comes with a two year guarantee..

Didn’t seem to be noisy when we got it but is a little now. Not where that’s all you can hear but enough when it’s silent .

I had a horrible built in fridge with a freezer compartment and managed with that for over a year despite finding a note on it saying sorry, freezer door cannot be opened! Yikes they should have told me, they declared it as GWO. Anyway, when I defrosted that I found food in there from 2022! (Didn't sample)So it packed up eventually and I got this one, it's so much better, spacious, easy to clean, no drips, and maintains chosen temp quietly. Has an alarm but it's gentle. Very pleased.

This is the 4th Hisense appliance I have purchased as I have been satisfied with the quality of the others, Hisense seem to be well made for the price and offer a 2 year guarantee unlike some other well known manufacturers who only give 1 year. It’s so much quieter than the LG it replaces.

Easy to install built in, under counter fridge with digital controls for temperature and display. Just be aware air vents at front protrude further out than some fridges which needs to be taken into account if you can’t raise the fridge and refitting cabinet plinths.

The freezer was received damaged and Hisense have refused to take responsibility for this and have accused us of causing "accidental damage", even though we have not used this freezer.
