Does it work well to clean sailboat engines? Any special instructions?

I have never used it to clean a engine. It works well on lots of things. I would think it would work depending on how bad its covered with oil.It smell like a ammonia base product.I love it for lots of jobs!

How well does it work getting bug stains off?

Not certain about bug stains, but it works well on EVERYTHING that I've tried. Great product!

Does it work on composite decking?

I am sure it will, composite is a type of plastic, it will work on that.

Will it remove rust stains?

It may remove some rust stains. I think how long the stain has set will determine how much you are able to remove. It also depends on the material. Roll Off shouldn't hurt anything, so I would try it first and then move on to more aggressive products if needed.
