Is there a way to mount this on a ceiling> Are there any kind of ceiling mounts available for them?

The current revision of the WordForum microphones on Amazon does not have any mounting options, but future revisions may have mounting options included.

Will this work with a Snom PA system

The ECS Microphone kit requires a 3.5mm input for functionality. Looks like the Snom PA systems has the input available and it will work. If you have any further questions please contact us at 8006449525.

Can you connect this system to a digital voice recorder?

I connected to an Olympus voice recorder and no recording made from ECS mike, AM RETURNING

I ordered 3 mics/speakers and connected one to my laptop and daisy changed to rest. There was no sound or playback able to be heard. What's missing?
