Heads up
This is an intense medium spice. I feel like I have a well adjusted pallette. I'm not sensitive to heat, but I don't chase the burn. For instance, I love a jalapeno pizza but once in a while I'll come across one that makes me sweat a little. The cheese sauce on chips alone burnt me up. Seriously, it's been 10-15 minutes and I still feel it.....not only in my mouth, but there are all sorts of weird sensations taking place. It's a decent nacho cheese, I'm not really mad at it, but never in a million years did I expect such an ordeal from a product labeled "medium". And I don't know what they use, but it's just cheese and heat. There is no pepper flavor which is odd. Heat is so subjective I'm not sure anyone is going to quite understand what just happened based on a random review, but for the love of all that is sacred, proceed with caution. This cheapo cheese in a can is no joke.

Delicious, traditional nacho sauce!
This is a good product. The flavor is traditional nacho flavor. It brings you back to movie nachos! The size of the can is convenient. Nice value.

Good product to have on hand for multiple uses
I like that this is a very versatile nacho cheese sauce. I eat a lot of hot spicy Mexican and Indian foods and really do enjoy a bit of peppery heat in food. I bought this sauce in the medium hot version and it has quite a kick from the heat so don't be fooled thinking it's not hot. I do sometimes wish it was a bit thicker but if I need it thicker for a dish I put it in a pot and add some corn starch slurry and that tightens it right up. I use it mixed with salsa as a tortilla dip, add it to refried beans as a dip or a cheesy spicy side to Mexican main dish. I add it to cooked beef crumbles or hamburger to have over a baked potato. You can use it to make spicy mac n cheese, yum. Of course it's great to use on nachos. I can order it for a bit less from other locations however I have to pay a delivery fee and tip the driver so Amazon frequently winds up being a better value since I have Prime membership. A prime membership costs me less per month than 1 grocery delivery fee and driver tip from my local stores or the well know major big box stores. People need to think about those fees not just individual product costs when determining who to order from if looking for the best value. I now keep this Nacho Cheese sauce in my pantry in both mild and medium heat strengths to use in cooking. This canned cheese sauce lasts a long time on the shelf so it's great to have on hand for when you are out of block cheese or shredded cheese. It's easy to use and a good product, it has a nice creamy texture.

Good for kids under 10!!!
Let me begin by saying I grew up in the 80’s. My favorite Nacho Cheese is Frito Lay’s Jalapeño Cheddar followed closely by stadium nacho cheese which I’ve found at Sam’s. I didn’t want a whole tub from Sam’s so decided to try the really affordable can of Pace. Here’s my thoughts: Pros: Really affordable, fast delivery, actually has a little spice to it Cons: A little runny, nacho flavor a little lacking, kinda blah. Might taste better if warmed I didn’t do that. Recommendation: Buy if hosting a party of kids and they’re 10yrs old or less. Or if you got volun-told to host a party and want to offend anyone with a reasonable sense of taste.

Old school movie theater terrible deliciousness
This stuff will probably kill you but is a must with Arby’s frozen fries from the grocery store. I just wish it came in single serving packets or something.
