I purchased the Agaro Galaxy potable blender from Amazon on 8th September, 2025, and since then it was working fine. After 4 months it stopped working inspite of giving charge for 4/5 hours. Then I contacted their customer support and then received a call from Ms. Payel Ghosh, who handled my complaint thoughtfully and professionally. After a few calls including some video calls she was convinced with my complaint and made arrangements to get a replacement sent to me. I appreciate her support and her efforts to get the replacement sent. The product is good and very useful to make smoothies. Thanks Ms. Payel Ghosh and Agaro Team for the prompt customer support.

The blender is compact, easy to use, and works well for shakes and smoothies. Battery backup is also very good. Only suggestion is that the jar should be unbreakable instead of glass....

I bought this product around 2 months ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working after some time. I contacted customer support, and their response was quick and helpful. They first guided me through troubleshooting steps to see if the issue could be fixed. Once it was clear that the product could not be repaired, they immediately offered a replacement. I received the replacement within 3 days, and the new unit has been working absolutely fine so far. Overall, while I did face an issue with the original product, I had a very good customer support and replacement experience.

Good product , easy to carry , very helpful

I’ve been using this blender for a few months now, and it’s been quite reliable for daily use. It’s very handy for quick smoothies, shakes, and even protein drinks. The compact size makes it easy to carry to the office or gym, which is one of the best things about it. The blending performance is good as long as you cut fruits into smaller pieces. It handles soft fruits really well, but struggles a bit with hard ingredients or ice. Battery life has been decent for regular use, and USB charging is very convenient. Cleaning is simple and doesn’t take much time. The build quality has held up well so far, and it still looks and works almost like new. Overall, it’s a great portable blender for everyday light use. If you need something for heavy blending, this might not be the best choice, but for quick and easy drinks, it does the job perfectly.

Writing this review after 6 months. My blender stops working after 6 months of usage. The main issue is with the motor of the blender. Any amount of water can damage the motor and it is not repaiable. Hence, there is a fault in the product designe since, you have wash the product and clean it property and the battary and motor part is fixed which cannot be seperated while washing and any time if not carefull some water may go in the motor part and the motor will stop working. hence, the company should modify its designe so that the motor part can be detached while cleaning. Hence, before pruchasing keep it in the mind. Now, regarding the customer care and after sales service in this case the company is very promt and excellent resolution. the customer care and after sale service is excellent. They replaced the product with another new one although my product was within warrantay period. But still cutomer ccare service is excellent from this company

It works well but unfortunately my glass jar is broken is glass jar is covered in warrenty ? Can any one please tellme
