The product video, appearance looks pretty good but this is the most worst product. It is not worth of spending even Rs.500/- There is no power in the mopping . This is the lightest mopping that one can do. Stains will not go. Also if there is any micro dust on the floor it will spread it best to all other places. It is unfortunate they are introducing such a worst product without telling the facts. I strongly not recommend anyone to buy this product unless you want to gift it any of the people that you do not like :) I wish there should have been at least a week trail base available or return policy available as it is waste of money buying such products. Not worth of your money. # Extremely poor quality. Very light cleaning and I decided not to buy any more Agaro products with this experience. Switching to Eureka forbes.

Good product for house use, work well on dry areas wet mopping is not effective, even the machine stop work in week time but cutomer service is good they checked online and do the replcment immeditely.

The Agaro Spin Mop demonstration was very informative and well explained. The product looks practical, easy to use, and convenient for everyday cleaning. I particularly liked that this product all save time and effort. Overall, it was a very good and useful demonstration.

The product worked well for us for nearly 11 months before it failed completely, the mop did not start not did it charge. Reached out to the customer support who helped me get a replacement in the last few days of warranty. Pickup and delivery of the replacement was taken care by the company which was smooth. No complaints with the product either. It is a good buy.

The presentation of product was very good. While product usage after 1 month will make us to conclude for its efficiency. Right now seems effortless and smooth to use.

The AGARO Regency Electric Spin Mop stopped working, so I contacted AGARO service. Their solution was to ask me to purchase spare parts, which I did as instructed. The spare part was delivered about 10 days ago. Since then, I have been chasing their service team every single day on WhatsApp, and sometimes by phone, but nobody has turned up to repair the mop. The most frustrating part is their attitude towards customers. Phone calls are frequently ignored, and when I ask for an update on WhatsApp, the standard response is simply “Okay”. No status, no technician visit, no expected date, and no resolution. It has now been 10 days since the spare arrived, and the mop is still lying unusable. I can understand a product developing a fault. What I cannot understand is asking a customer to spend money on spare parts and then not bothering to send anyone to install them or fix the product. AGARO needs to seriously improve its after-sales service. A product is only as good as the support provided when something goes wrong. Very disappointed. Think twice before buying if after-sales service matters to you.
