what is the difference between thinners and chunkers?

Hello, their thinning rate is different. Dog thinning scissors are used for thinning out the coat without leaving obvious marks, while dog chunkers are used for creating a choppy or textured look.

What is the difference between the gold handled scissors and the silver handled ones? One is a a few dollars more, looking at both I cannot tell why.

I purchased the gold and they work fantastic! Solid pair of shears. Do not know anything about the silver pair, sorry. Use them on my Pomeranian for teddy bear cuts. Hope this helped.

what is the blade length of 7.5'' curved scissor? Is the blade made from Hitachi stainless steel?

End to end 7.5”. Blades 3.5”. Not sure on steel but very sharp and I love them.

Good for pet owners to blend their fur.

Great for blending in the dog's hair and they come in a beautiful box and are very sharp. Good value and they look beautiful. I just cut my dog at home and they are very easy to use.
