Viking Revolution Solid Cologne Set - Variety 2-0.5 oz (4 Pack)

These smell great and are a perfect size to keep in a pocket. Scent doesn't last super long, but easy enough to reapply. A great buy!

Some of the smells are a little weird but most are really good. I'm glad I got the variety packs so I could try them all. I'll probably reorder the sandalwood and sweet tobacco, maybe the oud too. Nice that they're small enough to slip in a pocket, and they're easy to apply. The waxy material has never melted in my pocket, but just rubbing your fingers on it is enough to get some out to apply. I'd say the smell lasts a couple hours, but its hard to tell because you get kind of nose blind to any cologne you put on yourself after a few minutes you just stop noticing it on yourself. Regardless, they're so small, easy to use, and cheap I don't mind reapplying a couple times.

These smell amazing, I wished they lasted a little longer. Great value though for the size and price.

One of the scents arrived crushed as if it where hit by a hammer and another was damaged but recoverable, also the the notes in the scents are a weaker then I would've liked, other then that they are soft and lotion like and fit into the small pocket of some jeans.

Due to VRs lack of QC/QA and it's production in China and lack of improvement of its product line] Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review for viking revolution products. I really wanted to like this product and solid cologne. I have used other solid cologne with great success however VR's product doesn't fit the snuff. 1) the wax base; is too thick & doesn't melt at all between the fingers. Leaves a sticky somewhat tacky residue when applied. (Other brands formulations of wax bases melt between the fingers and are easily applied) 2) Scents; although I love the scent profiles and they have a solid basis, the scents do not last as long compared to competitors like (the man brand, Fulton, duke cannon to name a few). 3) quality control; I'm not a fan of VRs lack of QC/QA, I found several of the eight scents I purchased to have inconsistent scent and wax bases. 4) Manufacturing; This one is the major defacto for this review and poor rating for product. All of viking revolution products apparently are manufactured in China. This cheap production of a low quality product is obviously seen not due to low cost but also due to the poor quality control and even poorer quality of the wax base. Unless VR not only addresses the wax base and scent concentration issues with this product I cannot change this review. Please shoppers be aware of what your getting for this low price. Although the scents themselves profile wise are amazing they lack depth, strength, and long lasting effect. 👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered the 4pk and I have no regrets. Guys, I hate to break it to you but women hate the smell of our balls. Sorry, you're human. Anyway, there is a solution. Organic solid Colognes are perfect for your bean bag. Take a dime size of balm and rub it on your carry all and then boom, classy sack. It doesn't stop sweat or anything so you might need to still powder the clackers but this helps dramatically. "Girl, let me tell you about this guy. He pulled his pants off and damn, smelled like bourbon and a campfire. Reminded me of a better time. His personality was terrible but honestly, a good smelling hefty bag."

When I look up reviews on Amazon, I go straight to the one star ratings first. For these Viking Revolution (VR) colognes, the vast majority of the one star reviews spoke about the extreme lack of scent. Since the bad reviews made up the vast minority of overall reviews, I went ahead and ordered anyway since, evidently, most people seemed to like it, and it's so cheap in cost. Well, I certainly got what I paid for. Of course, after opening the package, one would do the obligatory whiff of the colognes whilst still in the tin. The smell was extremely weak. Not a good sign, but I thought maybe VR knows what they're doing and it'll radiate more once on the skin... nope. I've only used one other brand of solid cologne before this, and even though I can constantly smell it on me, other people I've asked said they can't smell anything on me. However, with these VR scents, I can't smell it on me after applying it at all, so I know no one else will. In fact, as another reviewer said, in order to smell anything, you really have to put your nose right up to the area where it was applied. That certainly should not be. I gave this two stars because the scents aren't that bad, though to me, the "spiced vanilla" just smelled like straight up coconut oil; not that coconut oil is a bad smell, but I don't want to walk around smelling like it. Now, if you're considering this sample pack because your thoughts are like mine as in: 'Bah, $10 for four samples; I'll take the risk, what the hell.' then don't say I didn't warn you.

Super odeur au top et franchement ça tient longtemps

Purchased for $13.99 in December 2025. I originally got into Viking Revolution because of their shaving cream, which has been excellent, so trying their solid cologne felt like a safe next step. As the name suggests, this is a solid cologne that comes in a small metal tin with a slide-off lid. You press your finger into it, scrape a small amount, warm it between your fingers, and apply it wherever you want. The tin is compact enough to toss in a pocket or bag if you wanted to reapply on the go, though I personally leave it at home. What really sold me on this is that my wife has allergies to most traditional spray colognes. This one is much more subtle and doesn’t overwhelm the room. It also has a noticeably shorter lifespan compared to spray-on colognes, which is actually a plus in this case. It smells good when applied, fades naturally, and doesn’t linger aggressively. Viking Revolution offers several scent options, including some unexpected ones like “sweet tobacco,” which sounds questionable but actually smells quite nice. Overall, this is a solid (pun intended) option if you want something low-key, easy to control, and less likely to offend sensitive noses. It won’t replace a long-lasting evening cologne, but for everyday use, it does exactly what I want it to do. TLDR This solid cologne is subtle, easy to apply, and great for everyday use, especially if you or someone close to you is sensitive to strong fragrances. It doesn’t last as long as spray colognes, but that can be a benefit, and the scent options are surprisingly good for the price.

Ok. Not a strong aroma. I’ve actually used it for hair gel more than as a cologne.
