Wonderful product
I love the product because it was fantastic and it work very perfect

Massively Disappointing
Kept this in it's packaging as a back up as our other TV box, an earlier version of this model, for a few months before using it so, naturally the return window had closed. Wish I'd used it earlier because less than a month into regular usage it's packed up. It no longer recognises the ethernet input and won't work on wi-fi. There's no way to adjust the settings an re-enter the inputs so this is essentially a very expensive ornament or, son-to-be bin filler. Massive, massive disappointment. Don't buy one!

good little box
had a little issue with the remote to connect it to my TV for power and Volume, until I found a tutorial on YouTube showing how to teach the remote from my TV remote.

EAC3 5.1 not supported
This box is OK - it does a good job with most video/audio. There are a couple of issues: 1. The interface is a little clunky and frustrating, e.g setting an app's position on the screen isn't sticky. It resets after a power cycle. 2. It doesn't play the audio codec EAC3 5.1 at all.

Was a present for parents who are not the best with electronics,easy to set up and they love it as easy for them to use.

It's ok
I got this because of it's overall rating on the best android box. It doesn't have chrome cast built in which is really disappointing. But if you want a cheap reliable box to watch stremeo or IPTV then it's worth the money.

Android plug and play
Very easy to set up and use . just log into your Google account and download what ever apps u want or install Downloader for apk apps. . Working perfectly in 4k
