I have shoulder length very layered hair and am 75yrs old so my hair is aging as we speak! It tends to be dull and dry looking and frizzy but I have to say, when I use just this shampoo all by itself it really makes my hair super soft, fluffy, and healthy looking. I have yet to try the conditioner but so far I am very happy with the results from just this alone. It has a unusual smell, maybe it is the Eucalyptus? I don't dislike it, it is just different. I would totally rebuy this particular one since I try zillions of hair products and most don't impress me enough to rebuy, but this shampoo is a perfect 10....

Love this! I’ve had build up on my hair that kept weighing it down. No matter how much I tried, it always felt oily or like there was a coat of product on my hair.When I used this, my mom told me I looked like I styled my hair and it looked healthy for the first time in months. My hair felt lighter and it had more volume. My scalp felt cleaner too. This was an amazing shampoo, especially considering how good the price is!

I’ve finally decided to stop straightening my hair and embrace my natural waves. I knew it was going to take some recovery time from straightening my hair over 20 years, but decided to go with it anyway. Oh the struggles! It shouldn’t be this difficult, right?! Flat, dull, lifeless hair that always felt dirty. Down the rabbit hole I went…the conclusion? Clarify your hair! While I’m still fighting some frizz, my hair feels clean and my waves are happy! I did take a star off because I just hate the bottle. It’s so hard for me to squeeze, but otherwise, very happy with this affordable clarifier.

I uses to really like getting this brand, but, then, I used to be able to get the lid open. I understand this is for fluid leaks during shipping. I like to open the bottle and use all the product, and clean them for recycling, but these are much harder to open. Taping to lids down is logical, but when I went to open it, the tape they used on some of these spaghettified and stuck all over. Since the lids are now sawtooth, it has become very hard, physically painful for my older relatives, to open the bottle, and the tape, which is now a pain to remove and gets all over your fingers, is possibly redundant with the new lids. Somewhat disappointing, to go from loving something to being so frustrated.
