It came in perfect condition! It couldn't have been packed any better! The shipping materials well surrounded the cabinet and protected it! It was exactly as described and was made with quality materials. Only assembly was the wheels which took no time to put on! I'm super happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company. I read all the previous reviews and was a little aprehensive about buying it, but my experience was good! It fit perfect where I wanted to use it and looks great!

I never realized a filing cabinet could be both functional and adorable until I came across this gem. The build quality of this cabinet is truly excellent, surpassing my expectations. It arrived meticulously packaged, and assembly was a breeze, although I must mention that the item is quite heavy and requires flipping over during certain points of assembly. The drawers glide effortllessly, thanks to their buttery smoothness and soft-close feature. The color is an off-white shade, almost a very light warm grey. The provided picture is relatively accurate in representing its color, though. If you're searching for a perfect under-table filing cabinet, look no further! Great compact file cabinet. I like the idea of having the extra wheel under the last drawer but sometimes it gets stuck, just a little bit, on my tile floor's grout. I think if the wheel was a little bit wider it wouldn't do that as much, if at all. The DEVAISE 3-Drawer Slim Vertical File Cabinet is not situated like the old regular ones where your files are facing the door of the cabinet, they face toward the side of the cabinet so it is much easier to view my folders and files while I am at my desk. I really do like that design. I have it under my sit/stand desk and it is so compact that it does not take up much space, another thing I like about the design. It seems pretty sturdy, came assembled and just had to put the wheels on, so very easy, and it was a great buy! If you think because it's slim that it does not store a lot, you would be wrong! It has tons of storage and file space!

It's a good cabinet. Build quality is tolerable, but there were a few bumps on the back/bottom from where parts where mounted during assembly. Cosmetic only issues though. The lock is not ultra secure but it is functional and the key does work smoothly. The casters work fine but they are hard plastic so be careful if you have hardwood floors. It's good but not spectacular.

Product is nicely made and thoughtfully packed. BUT does not accommodate folders across (A4) as shown. The body is much too narrow. Illustration is deceptive.

This cabinet is a work of precision: the drawers are deep, the space is economic (holding a variety of items), it's lockable with keys, and the bottom drawer takes both legal and standard size folders. The slim design fits under my desks/tables perfectly allowing for plenty of leg room. In the open the top could be used to place any number of things. NOTE: The cabinet is surrounded inside with styrofoam preventing movement/damage. It comes with instructions and tools that I was able to use easily. The hardest part was getting it out of the packing but it's manageable. Cost is unbelievably reasonable for such a great buy.

This is an update to my previous review. The cabinet is beautiful, every thing that I expected. Good construction, components and the size I need. Perfect. USPS delivered the cabinet today, Friday, before 2 PM. Not as they reported, yesterday, Thursday, at 7:14PM. My previous review, when the cabinet seemed to be lost follows. I hope Amazon goes back to handling the whole delivery themselves. The product is probably great! Amazon, the delivery is part of the product / customer experience. If you feel this review is not relevant to the product, please read it and forward it to a department that can follow up on it. Do not just discard it. Amazon shipping and delivering is great. But lately Amazon handles the first part of the delivery and has USPS do the home delivery part. Amazon probably thinks it is saving money. But USPS delivery is horrible, at least in my area. Well Amazon you get what you pay for. USPS says item was delivered at 7:14 PM, A LIE! I have a camara covering the area. USPS was not there at all that day. From 6:30 to 8:30 PM I was in my front room with a window overlooking the entrance. Nothing was delivered. USPS had this item "out for delivery" until just before 8 PM. After 8 PM it was changed to "delivered at 7:14" PM. A miracle, it seems USPS can travel back in time!!! I was tracking it because USPS has done this before. It seems that after 8 PM, items that they can not be accounted for are changed to "delivered" to make records look good and not take responsibility for lack of follow up, accountability, quality systems, etc. Amazon, I know you will replace/refund the item, you are good. But you should not use delivery companies that are not reliable and cause the customer added grief, problems, and time waste. And think your cost of replacing lost shipments and time spent by your associates in solving the issues.

It was a nice cabinet, but unfortunately the drawers were broken, it seems the cabinet was squeezed on the top. Very poor packaging, not enough safe

Bought two and one came in dented. Other than that they’re really a great size for a small space
