These figure ice skating knee pads are absolutely fantastic. I ice skate and took a bad fall Christmas Eve. While I thankfully didn't break any bones, I hit the bottom outer corner of my left knee on the ice and had some significant swelling and bruising. I ordered these immediately after my fall and they arrived before my next practice. It took me a couple more practices before I fell again. While not as hard a fall as before, these definitely helped when I fell on my right knee, and I avoided any bruising or swelling of my right knee. I also noticed that wearing these sleeves helped with the lingering pain I had been feeling with my left knee, so I was wearing these sleeves for a few weeks under my pants even off the ice. I originally had ordered the mediums based on the sizing charts, but then gave the mediums to my husband when he started skating lessons (~165lb man) and he said they were comfortable. I reordered the smalls and those work well for me (~112lb woman) -- they leave some marks/indentations on my skin when I take them off, but they are very comfortable and provide a slimmer profile under my skating leggings. My only wish would be that they offered these in an extra small size for my daughter. *They are also a great value. I noticed that a couple skating-specific brands are selling a single pair of very similar looking knee pads for $29 or more. At ~$15 for 2 pairs with these, you’re getting twice the product for about half the price of the other brands.

While these are not adjustable they fit nicely and they were extremely comfortable to wear! They have grips on the inside to stay on my knees and they stuck to my tights without ripping them! They looked adorable and I wish I had pictures of me wearing them but I always for get to take pictures!! They are really good quality and they hold up in the wash really well too!!

Adult sized not kids sized!! These are ok knee pads but these are not sized for kids. I used the sizing chart, measured my kid’s leg, and ordered the mediums based on that. They are incredibly loose. The material is also very stretchy so they just fell off of my kid’s knees. These literally fit me, a grown adult. These would be fine for light floor activities if the sizing was corrected or the advertising was updated.

I actually bought these for work to wear under my jeans, because I’m constantly having to go down on one or both knees on a concrete floor. They’re not noticeable under my pants and once I leave the house, I forget I even have them on. They have a nice thick (but not too thick) gel pad on the front, making it much much more comfortable to kneel on hard floors. Not saying these are good if you’re doing flooring or carpet work. But for kneeling on hard floors several times a day, they’re perfect. The elastic holds them up pretty well and I’ve never had to reach down and pull up on them. This is during 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. I’ve been using them for the last two months and the first pair is still holding up well.

My daughter used these while ice skating in competitions and shows. She put it under her nylons and they could barely be notices. She said they really help especially when sliding on her knees.

I've had a total knee replacement in both knees in the past year. I am about three months out from my second one and trying to get back into shape. I've taken up pilates which is gentle on the joints and approved by my ortho. However kneeling is still painful for any amount of time. The silicone gel in these knee pads is just the thing I needed to ease a bit of that discomfort. I plan to try them out with gardening as well. They are not constricting and there is silicone at the top to keep them in place. I did measure my leg where it specifies in the sizing guide. Like others have pointed out, the sizing is for youth as well.

Decent pass. Pretty light padding but will do the trick. Very hard to find jelly pads, my only concern is they roll a bit after use

Great. They were a bit big so I recommend to downsize. I ended up ordering another pair smaller

It doesn’t work as expected for my daughter who is doing figure skating. Her knees still get bruised. The pads are too thin.
