They certainly appear to be machine washable. I doubt that you can do it repeatedly but certainly when needed. I hope that helps

The shoe fits and is comfortable, but on the left shoe, the padding right under my ankle bone is too high so it presses on that part of my foot. It can be annoying, but I adjust my foot in the shoe, when it's starts to bother me and I'm fine.
