TTR 125 carburetor
Iโve bought two of these for my two Yamaha TTR 125 and they worked great. Didnโt even have to adjust the idle or the mixture a hell of a lot easier than rebuilding the one that was on it for the money.

Great cheap alternative to keep my 2003 TTR125 running great!
This is my 3rd replacement carb over the last 12 years on my 2003 TTR125. For a ranch bike it gets abused pretty good, so I consider it normal wear and tear to replace the carb every so often. This carb works great out of the box. I'm at sea level so there are no adjustments/jetting changes were needed after installation. The stock vent hose setup is not used in the same manner, so the other two fittings (other than the fuel inlet and bowl overflow) are simply vent tubes, connect and run the provided hoses down along the frame in front of the swing arm for a clean look. Ensure the air intake nipple on the head side of the carb connection boot is also capped off as well or it will backfire and do crazy stuff. After install, no choke is needed and starts first kick. Keep clean relatively new fuel in the tank, and shut off the fuel line when not in use. Do all your routine maintenance and this will last a long time.

PERFECT replacement for 2000 TTR-125
I recently picked up a 2000 yamaha TTR-125, and after diagnosing why it was not running I found that the carb was fouled beyond rebuilding/repair (someone ran 2 stroke gas through a 4 stroke bike, probably several tanks worth). Long story short, I saw this reproduction carb and read some of the reviews. I figured for less than $30, it was worth the risk. I pulled the old carb off, slapped this bad boy on, and had the bike turn over on less than 5 kicks (after the gas actually got to the carb). I had to adjust the idle screw, but that is a standard expectation for any non EFI engine. Now on a warm day, it takes a single kick to get the bike running. I cannot speak to newer TTRs, but if you have an older one like my 2000, this carb works flawlessly, and did NOT require any modifications to install.

Drips fuel out of float bowl over flow
Bike fired right up! Ran and rode great but the over flow for the float bowl dumps gas out. Have pulled it apart yet to see whatโs making it stick.

Waste of money. Low quality = nothing but problems
This carburetor arrived with the following issues: 1) The pilot jet was blocked or malformed. It wouldn't run until I swapped it with another pilot jet I had 2) The float/needle valve didn't work. The carburetor randomly overflows and dumps all of the gas out the overflow. 3) After 1 season of riding, the overflow riser split down its length causing gas to pour out of the overflow all of the time (had to throw away the carb after this issue) 4) The choke valve has no seal like the OEM. So to start the bike, you have to hold pressure on the choke cable to get a good enough seal for the carb to actually choke. 5) The fule connection nipple worked out of the carb. It had to be fixed with LokTite. Save your money and buy a quality carb

Starter plunger (choke) boot failure after a year
Cheap and works fine, but the starter plunger boot failed after a year of light use. Either offer the boot as a spare part or improve the boot quality

Iโm very happy with this carburetor!
Iโm very happy with this carburetor! I purchased it for our 2002 TTR125L, and itโs been absolutely fantastic. The bike starts up on the first kick every time, and all I had to do was install itโno tuning or adjustments needed. Itโs truly plug-and-play!

Runs better than original
Very happy with the purchase. Runs like a dream, probably better than the original. You just have to modify the throttle to one cable instead of two. Otherwise bolts straight on.
