I got this for my husband who has been wanting a launch pad forever, I got this because I thought it would be less overwhelming than a 60 button pad, but also because him being able to use the keyboard adds to his music making ability. I love the multi-functionality of it, the keyboard feels very much like a regular keyboard. The software is a little hard to get down at first but with time I’m sure it will become easier to manage. I love that it has Al the programmable buttons and adjustable knobs. He loved the gift too. Very happy with my purchase!

Sometimes you just need a small, portable, midi controller and in that respect this has been perfect. I already own 2 midi controllers, and even a few synths that kind of fit that category. But I don't even need to bring cables, nor worry about plugging the M-Wave 25 into anything. It has a rechargeable internal battery so no need to plug it in. Its incredibly light, easy to throw in a backpack, and just go. I even use it at home sometimes simply because it loads faster than my synths, and could be sitting anywhere in my home and play it. I was upset to learn that some of my favorite keyboard apps don't have a Bluetooth option to connect it, but that is the apps fault, and hopefully they'll get patched.

This controller looks like the awkward lovechild of a Novation LaunchKey and an Arturia KeyLab. Don't get me wrong, it works fine, but setting it up for Ableton Live was like finding El Dorado: rumored to exist, never actually seen. Even YouTube's Taetro, bless his heart, promised a link to the Live software but left me searching like a MIDI lost in the void. But here's the real deal: this thing goes wireless like nobody's business. iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro – you name it, it jams with it, barely skipping a beat. Okay, the keys feel like squishing marshmallows, not grand pianos, but for the price? Who cares? This is your “toss-in-your-bag-and-make-music-anywhere” controller. If it gets banged up, hey, another excuse to upgrade, right? (Though please, recycle the box. Trust me, it belongs in the “eyesore museum,” not your music studio.) Bonus points for Gear Acquisition Syndrome sufferers: you won't even feel guilty chucking the packaging. This thing ain't a collector's item. TL;DR: Cheap, portable, wireless fun. Keybed's mushy, software's hide-and-seek, but for the price? You can't go wrong. Just promise you'll recycle the box. That's all I ask.

Great little keyboard/controller. setup was a breeze, and it works in all the software i need it to. the drum pads work great as well.

This thing doesn't work as described. Wont hook up to my laptop, only designed for a cellphone...I dont record on my cellphone! Instructions are vague at best. Piece of junk as far as I can see. Big waste of money! Would not ever recommend even to my worst enemy.

Casper was a fictional comic book character, "Casper the friendly ghost." So as my unit was sitting on my desk… as I had managed to successfully get the bluetooth connection working… two of the pads started 'blinking'. Now, in order to 'blink,' the pad must be pressed. I wasn't pressing it. So either I had a not-so-good of a unit, or some music-creator spirits in the room pressing those pads. I decided to return and opt for the entry level Korg. Seller was great though. Kudos to the seller for making all this smooth.

This keyboard was super easy to setup and get working. I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. He has been using it on a Mac with Garageband and has had no issues...just plugged it in on Christmas and he was up and running. Great product for beginners.

I am very happy with this little device. In many ways, I think it actually beats out the more expensive options. Besides being bluetooth, I LOVE that the MIDI CCs are completely customizable with the free app. The keys themselves feel good but not great, but what do you expect from a tiny little keyboard like this? I highly recommend.
