Catching my Breath - Again ❗️
G3 Battery arrived. - charged it thru unit plugged to wall. I had mobility comfort zone for travel before end of day. Have already re-charged for another long day. It went 100% Full Battery - perfect❗️

Why didn't they tell me?
I was so excited to get the G3 portable oxygen concentrator. Saw that the battery promised 4 hrs of use. What a crock! If they would have told me at the start that the battery use depended on the oxygen level I would have ordered the 16 cell when I ordered the unit. Four hours only counts on level 1. My level 3 knocked it down to 2 hrs. My doctors appt took up 1.5 hrs before I realized it. So now I have two batteries. One that came with the startup will be good for walking the dog and this one costing $500 will give me 6 hrs for shopping.

Great Product. A must for people going out a lot.
After my oxygen setting increased to level 3 the single battery only good for 2 hours 30-45 minute and a bit short for me. I go out a lot, so I ordered this Double Battery. It arrived on time and with excellent instruction to inform me to fully charge the battery before using. I've using it sever times and it last 6 hours and no worry about battery running out and no need to carry an extra single battery and charger.

Big Mistake.
Dead on arrival! Battery was useless. Would not hold a charge; could not recharge for use. Tried charging installed on machine and uninstalled, with an approved recharging device. Because I was also relocating during time of purchase I missed the return date as well. Out all the money with NO recourse to a refund or trade out. I do not recommend. Buyer beware I f you purchase, & be sure to test it immediately upon delivery!!
