This was suggested by my son's physician when he broke his ankle. I would say that it did what it was supposed to do because my son recovery time was quick considering he has hardware on both sides of his ankle. Started taking this for the joint in my thumb and pain in my knee. I could not get on the floor and bend my knee to stretch it. All Paine gone. It took a couple of months, but I didn’t real notice the change because it snuck up on me. I have a very small rare on my knee, nothing severe. Worth a try. I am happy.
