Works fine for pocket doors that require a privacy lock
The Kwikset 335 26D RND PCKT DR LCK is a good lock for a pocket door where a privacy lock is needed. It is easy to lock and to open and never gets jammed.

Came broken
Came broken pin was sticking out and would not lock. Junk so not buy. Kwikset use to be good but not anymore..

Pocket door lock
This lock is easily installed and has a nice pull feature at the end of the bolt. It is a nice fit in a predrilled door and works well in the pocket. The only con I have with it is lining up the latch with the lock. It's a little bit tricky keeping the pocket door straight and marking the strike plate. May be operator error.lol

Passage pocket door knob/lock
Install was pretty straightforward and looks good on pocket doors, The issue is with the operation, hard to operate the look and pull know, not recommend for people with hand and finger issues.

Ease of Installation!

This was great. I changed the standard door into a pocket door and didnt need to buy a new slab door. Works great.

Ordered it Saturday - got it Monday!
Delivery was unexpectedly quick. Replacement for existing item for which the internal spring had disconnected. Even though Kwikset has a lifetime guarantee, I wanted to save the hassle of trying to find the old receipt and go through the process. Drop in replacement for previous model. Works like a charm: locks, and extendable button allows you to pull the pocket door out of its slot when it has been pushed in all the way.
