They work in a pinch. I prefer the ones already mixed. These tend to taste a little vitamin-y which Im not a fan of. 5 stars because it does what its supposed too. 3.5 because of the sometimes gritty leftovers

Great taste not too salty tasting. A little hard in the packet and hard to dissolve. Does better in a cup than a water bottle.
