Ordered these for a project on my workbench. They were delivered promptly, and worked just great. What more can you ask? When you need a high current P-channel MOSFET, you need a high current P-channel MOSFET.

It works but the pins are really weak and easy to break.

Exactly what I needed to get my project back on track. I accidentally fried a transistor while testing voltage by touching two points together, but this chip made for a quick and easy swap. I pulled the bad one out and slid this one into the slots easily. The board fired right back up and has been working perfectly ever since. If you need a reliable replacement for a damaged Darlington transistor, this part does the job exactly as expected. Saved me $700+

Great Halifax senses I put them on my motor and they work great

I tested these in 130 degrees heat continuous used on hub motor for 4-5hr and they are indeed good, and pretty neat durable sensor affordable thumbs up for me 👍

The difference is that the L series MOSFET's gate opens much "wider" than the "N", staring above 5 volts Vgs. Think of it as a "turbo". At Vgs 7-9 V, it can pass a lot more current Vds (on) and that's a blessing for my electric-control application! A beauty!
