These are usually about £55 or more from the UK ham radio stores so £33.75 at Amazon was a steal. Bought to use with a Yaesu ft891 and icom 7300. Really good loud sound, no interference problems whatsoever in all modes at 100w. The speaker has a limited frequency range from 300 to 5000hz which is perfect for ssb and cw and reduces the unwanted noise. Solidly made. It has a noise suppression button on the top but the difference was only mildly noticeable. A good purchase at this price.

It doesn't work. Bought to go with a UBC125XLT Bearcat to boost the volume. It reduces it! The radio, on it's own, is twice as loud. Also wasted a few £s getting a mono-stereo converter to see it that made a difference. It didn't.

Disappointed with the sound, expected voice output to be clearer but in this respect, it is no better than a normal speaker. Expected a custom made unit to have been better, especially given the price.

Unless your hooking this to an amplified output this speaker will be quieter than the speaker in your device. Tested on. Uniden handheld UBC125xlt and desktop Uniden UBC370CLT. For the desktop it's better to use a cheap amplified speaker. I am sure in a car or with the correct device this speaker will be awesome. It's a shame the seller wouldratherus guess if it's going to work as the description says it going to work on pretty much anything. This is incorrect. I'm going to keep it as the filter is good for cutting out noise and I will use it one day when I get a bigger system with higher outputlikean CB radio.

La uso para radio HF, no aumenta pero si se escucha mas claro y con su filtro ayuda muchas veces a escuchar mejo sin algunos sonidos indeseables, tambien la he probado en rastreadores de frecuencia con muy buenos resultados, quiza pida otra

Received In brand new perfect condition. The Amazon delivery shipped it in the original speaker box so the box got a slightly damaged. However the speaker was in perfect condition. I’m using this speaker on a Uniden SDS200 scanner. And it sounds wonderful. Great sound and it’s better than my Midland speaker. Which was pretty good. The noise canceling button makes very little difference,but I can steal hear a difference. Just lowers the volume a little. So I keep that off. Very nice speaker. I also feel $40.00 is a little high, but everything seems to be. Yes I would buy again if needed. Highly recommend!!!
