Cheap, easy to attach, and they do the trick. The strap is on securely. Will buy more, if strap locks are needed again.

Over the past 37 years I have tried many different strap locks and some of them are fantastic but expensive and some of them have a short lifespan and are just as expensive. Strap locks are a must especially if you're still playing live. Back in 1992 I had just purchased my first Gibson Les Paul standard. My band was doing a sound check in a very small Club and the strap broke sending my Les Paul crashing off the stage and onto the floor. The whole place got dead quiet and luckily there was no damage to the guitar, picked it up and it was still perfectly in tune but the scare was enough. I may not play live anymore but strap locks are still important. I finally gave these a try and I'm Blown Away by how easy they are to install and the end product.

A good strap lock for any instrument. Good price too. Good if you don't want to replace the strap button.

The little tab helps to remove them if you need to exchange to another guitar. The rubber is soft and easily removed and applied. I'm not sure that's good. But it's designed to be removed and reapplied, so it makes sense. However, for a strap lock, I'm not sure it's the best design overall.

These work great! I wasn't sure of their effectiveness, but now I am. They aren't as easy to use as mechanical locks, but they do the job, and the price isn't bad

Open mic at Dobbers Bar. Strap disconnected from the rear end of my new best AIO guitar. Damage avoided because I was sitting. Got these rubber keepers. Easy to use, brilliant simple design, cheap price. Keep your eight pound guitar from hitting the floor. Old straps dry out and get loose. These fix that.

I have used the expensive metal strap locks for year and think they're great. However, I did have one break on me, so I thought I'd try an alternative. These little rubber gaskets work very well. The instrument is secure; the whole point this exercise. It is a 2-step process to remove the strap block and then the strap, but no big deal when you're only paying a few bucks for the item. The little pull tabs make the removal process much easier. Recommended.
