I set this up in my living room to help with airflow, and it works way better than my old single-head fan. The twin blades really push a lot of air without being annoying. The noise level is totally normal – it’s just a steady white noise, not loud or distracting at all while watching TV. It fits my window perfectly, and having the remote means I don't have to get up from the couch to adjust it. Great upgrade

The fan itself is good. A little to loud for my preferences. But it is good at pulling in cool air, pushing out warm air, and also has a circulate mode, which is the other 2 cycles combined. Fits in the window good. The big, minor issue is the fan comes with a cover for when not in use. To help keep outside air from getting in. As you can see, it fits lopsided because the straps are not even. But overall, it is good investment.

Got this for my home office which faces west – afternoon heat was brutal. The 3-mode system is underrated. Eco mode adjusts speed automatically based on room temp, which saves energy. The reversible airflow lets me pull in cool evening air then flip to exhaust in the morning. Installation took two minutes. The white color blends into the window frame nicely. Remote has good range. Best window fan I've owned.

Replaced an old window fan with this Shinic 9" twin. Night and day difference. The reversible airflow is a game changer – pulls cool air in at night and exhausts hot air out during cooking. The expandable panels fit my 30" window perfectly with no gaps. Remote works from across the room. Three modes (eco, normal, sleep) actually make sense. Sleep mode is quiet enough for light sleepers. ETL certified gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Fits my double hung window nicely. The included foam seals it up well. On low it's quiet enough that I forget it's on. Medium handles most days, high moves decent air when it gets warm. No vibration or humming from my unit. The remote beep is fine – quick and done. Would buy again.

One star for the easy install. Right when I plugged this thing in and turned it on there was this loud humming sound. I thought maybe because it's new it will work itself out. Nope I was wrong. On low setting this thing puts out such a load humming noise that I rather have the fan on high as it's quieter but still annoyingly loud. Wouldn't be so bad if it was a nice soft background type noise but NO, it's an annoying I want to kick this fan out out window type of humming. The loud beep every time you use the remote is also very annoying. Maybe I just prefer my fans to be felt and not heard.

Easy install, works well mechanically (no knocks are inconsistent speed) and is fairly quiet. There wasn’t quite enough window stripping included, had to buy some more at the hardware store, and lots of open areas around the power cable, and accordion extenders that leave areas where insects could get in, but overall a good design. One big problem though is that, even on the highest setting, the airflow isn’t as powerful as I had hoped it would be. I have a table fan that is roughly the same size as one of the fans and it seems to move quite a bit more air. A discerning buyer that is looking for something similar should probably really pay attention to level of airflow…

This little unit saved my family during a heatwave that just wouldn't quit. Unfortunately, we have the sliding windows that go left to right, but I shoved one side in the frame and left the other a bit askew...it worked quite well after shoving fabrics all around it to keep out the extra heat. If you're looking for a unit that works well, this is it. I got it at a discounted rate and paid about $80. For that price, I would absolutely buy another.

I do not write reviews but this will be my first. I ordered this window fan on prime day and received it almost 2 weeks later. When I opened it, it was dirty and it looked like it was already used. I ended up cleaning it up myself just to save myself some time on the exchange process. When I turned on the fan for the first time, a hex nut ended up falling out into the fan. My fiance had to take apart the fan in order to put it back in place along with the other loose part that came out of it. I’ve included pictures of the nut and the part it fell out of. Overall, I was very disappointed with the condition of the item I received (especially at this price point) and the shipping time. Would not recommend the window fan to anybody unless they’re ok with possibly an exchange.

Works well overall but for the price i expected better. The remote was missing and it came late. I recommend not getting this and going to home depot for a similar model for alot cheaper. Noise wise its about the same as a standing fan overall do not buy. Seller responded fast within 24 hrs
