worth it
I have osteoporosis which is pretty painful so vitamin D3 is important for me to take days have got really good for the price you have to pay for them work well

Very tiny and easy to take
I'm taking these daily after having lab reports that shown that my levels dropped 20 points barely a month. So far so good. Easy to use, small soft gels, no taste. I haven't had any side effects from them but that will be something that varies from person to person. You'll have to watch what you eat when you take them. I've already noticed that my energy levels are improving, so I'm assuming that these are working like they should.

I'm giving five stars but not sure how you can rate vitamins. I'm not a scientist so not sure they even work or they say what they are. I didn't get sick from them, so if that says anything. Sorry, just can't give a 100% review, but don't want to bad mouth them either because I have no data.

only problem with softgels is ya gotta keep em in the fridge to keep them from becoming one big clump

Fantastic size
My doctor recommended I’d take D3 so I purchased a different kind and ended up with a great big honking pill. I love these because they are very tiny little soft gels. I’m sure that works, but it’s kind of hard to tell with a vitamin right off the bat. Anyway, I would recommend these!
