This is an amazing product!!! I've been suffering from hemorrhoids and a fissure since the end of March. It has been the worst battle I've had to date. None of my usual remedies was working and neither was the over the counter medication. I came across this and as soon as I could afford it, I ordered 2. I just ordered a 3rd tube. It has stopped all the unbearable itching and is reducing the swelling and the pain. Oh my gosh the amount of pain I've been in has reduced tremendously. I have never itched or hurt more. I am so glad I stumbled across this. What a huge relief!!

Moisturizes and soothes my hemorrhoids. For me, it speeded healing, shrunk them, and stopped the burning. It’s expensive but I will buy again when I run out.

Easy to use and very soothing. Felt relief fairly quickly

I had a bad hemorrhoid flare-up so I needed some relief. I also have an anal fissure that on occasion bleeds a little so I thought this would be an exceptional cream to use considering it states it was for both issues. Well talk about seeing stars, once I applied the cream, my rectum burned for hours feeling like an ice pick was being prodded into me. When reading the contents on the tube, I saw nothing that should have caused me the burning sensation, but then on the box itself, I see it contains witch hazel with is an astringent used for treating hemorrhoids. The problem here is putting an astringent on an open wound is similar to putting alcohol on it. Many anal fissures also bleed so I find it astounding that this company would put witch hazel in it's product and market it also for anal fissures. No wonder so many found this product to leave them with a burning sensation. Update 3/20/26: I was contacted by the manufacturer informing me that they were refunding to me the full value of my purchase PLUS an additional $10 toward goodwill - This company goes beyond limits to make things right.

If you’re looking for this kind of cream, chances are you’re already uncomfortable and in pain and don’t have time to keep trying things until you find something that works. This works and it works fast. You’re welcome.

Did absolutely nothing for me. Super disappointed, price was high and reviews were good, but I would not recommend for external hemorrhoids.

I had the worse external hemorrhoids pain I have ever experienced; had an awful night then next day at work I was desperate so I placed an order in the morning and it arrived on the same day by 2pm so the moment I got home from work at around 2;30 I applied the first dose; it burned for a whole but I was already in so much pain I didn’t care much. By 6pm it started to feel better and no burn and more numb. I slept great and by the time I woke up the hemorroids were way smaller and very minimal pain. I went to work and was just fine sitting down, at noon started with mild discomfort so I applied the cream again (I also applied after my morning shower) and I was able to finish my work day nicely. It’s now 6 pm as I write this and I barely feel anything. So, this cream it’s so worth the expensive price because within 24 hrs it basically took all pain, itch, burn swelling and discomfort away.

It is a great product,very soothing and does what it is suppose to do. Recommend for those hemorrhoids that are painful takes the swelling down.
