1st time I brought it and it helped me so much with my menstrual. I was heavy flow for a month became anemic, was tired and weak I needed a blood transfusion but I never went thru with it. I purchased this tea and drank it twice a day and by the 2nd day my menstrual was slowing down by the 3rd day it stopped 🤩🥳 Help me with my aches and cramping, I also started to eat carrot salad, and in the mornings spinach with chopped garlic and pepper flakes. I got used to the tastes it good with a lil honey. I can't live without this tea. I cut my tea bag and place it in a tea metal strainer.

My period has always been irregular and I’ve even gone to my OBGYN for medication to regulate but nothing ever helped. A friend recommended me this tea and at first I was a little skeptical about it since nothing ever helped me but after taking this for a week or so I got my period! I used this to regulate my cycles after I stopped my birth control. My body was failing to ovulate. Once I took this I saw that my hormone levels were rising as expected during the daily tracking . After forty days I have my period. The taste was also pretty pleasant. I love the little quotes on the tea bag. For more balance I mixed this with spearmint tea.

This has helped my perimenopause symptoms so much. I had been suffering from anxiety, night sweats, and irregular periods. I now drink one cup of this every day and those systems have completely gone away. I'm shocked by how effective it has been. If I forget to drink it for two days in a row, the symptoms come back, so I know it is the tea that is helping.

I bought this and it arrived August 1st and my period came on the same time the Amazon driver arrived lol and I started taking it every other day starting on 26th of August to try to get my period to come on, on September 1st and it’s not on yet, but luckily it’s not too expensive and it taste pretty good! But it doesn’t seem to work on me but no horrible cramping during pms like usual, but everyone’s cycle is different, I shall try another product to see what keeps my cycle regular! Updated 9/17/24 - Period came on the 13th but drank this tea every morning before I ate, and made my cramps almost disappear, so thats a win for me! I'll be purchasing more!
