A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase a balance board after a friend of mine told me that poor balance is one of the leading causes of injuries as we age. I ordered the board online and was excited to try it out as soon as it arrived. To be honest, my first experience was not great - my balance was terrible! However, I decided to stick with it and started using it for 20 minutes every morning while getting ready for work. After using the balance board for a bit over a week, I have already noticed a significant improvement in my balance and stability. I am amazed at how much of a difference this simple exercise tool has made in such a short amount of time. The quality of the board is also excellent - it feels sturdy and well-made, and I have no concerns about it breaking or wearing out anytime soon. Overall, I would highly recommend this balance board to anyone who is looking to improve their balance, stability, and overall health and wellness. It is an excellent investment in your long-term well-being and is well worth the cost.

Great for working on balance. Also used to improve ankle mobility following surgery for a broken ankle. Used similar item in PT and wanted one for home practice.

I'd be giving this product 5 stars if not for the fact mine came with padded, self-stick "bumpers" on only two of the four underside corners. Chintzy! After a bit of grumbling I bought "DIY" self-stick padding and took care of the other two corners... and the "middle" edges that may contact the floor. With that accomplished, I use it almost daily and am pleased with its quality and rugged construction.

I bought this as an outside the box purchase. We have an 8 week old puppy who we are exposing to a lot different experiences/textures & scary things for such a little girl. Having some core issues I will also be using this too! It seems very durable, the price was great & puppy or I have not had any safety or slips on it.

I’m a running coach, and I used a wobble board for myself and my athletes. This board is well made, durable, and very sturdy, with a large surface area. I like to have my athletes turn their feet 45 degrees on the board for the some of the ankle muscle training, and some smaller boards don’t allow the guys with the bigger feet to go 45 degrees without their toes or heels hanging off. This one is deep enough for large feet and wide enough to use for push ups as well. I was really impressed with the quality for the price. It works on my hardwood, my carpet, and my semi-padded gym floor.

Great product easy to use so far no problems not great for someone with size 12 foot or more I'm 8.5 feet fit perfectly with shoes.

Perfect addition to my "mini" gym.
