I'm a senior and these multivitamins have helped me with my mood swings; they do have enough pills for two months in the bottle; and the price is very reasonable. I will order them again; these are a keeper.

Superior product than any regular vitamin I've ever taken. I have some of the genes that require these. I got my parents to start taking them and they've reported ailments that have gone away since taking it.

At first this Vitamin upset my stomach so I would suggest to eat it with food. After about a week I no longer had an upset stomach and can take it with or without food. I feel the difference and it a positive reaction. This is a just one pill for women because it addresses the vitamin part but all the hormone part which it is hard to find complementary ingredients. I will stay on these for a while because it’s working for me and I am very particular with the things I want in my body pulse I am very sensitive to things that don’t agree with me. I am giving it a 5 star because it does what it says it is for and I am satisfied with this product.

I'm currently dealing with a folate/B12 deficiency due to a homozygous mthfr mutation, so I will need additional methylfolate/methylcobalamin supplementation. However, my doctor highly approves of this vitamin...It's extremely absorbable and once the deficiency is corrected, it will be excellent on its own for maintenance. Yes there's a strong odor when you open the bottle, but if you've ever taken Brewers Yeast, you'll recognize the smell. I've found something as simple as a hard boiled egg (good source of folate) with the vitamin prevents any stomach upset. After a week of daily use, the pins and needles sensation in my fingers has decreased, thyroid function is improving, cortisol levels are dropping and I have more energy. I still have a long road ahead of me, but this vitamin will be an important tool to help me achieve and maintain good health.

I like that the methylated vitamins process better, and I’ll soon have bloodwork done to see if my vitamin levels improve, but OMG on the smell and taste! It tastes like a cow that’s been fed Taco Bell for the past year took a dump in my mouth! That’s about the best analogy to fit how foul this is! Could they not come up with a citrus flavored gel capsule to mask this horrific taste?! Eewwww!

I have been taking this vitamin for 2 years and it works great.

Love these vitamins. Since I found them, I won’t use anything else.
