I have tried so many things and nothing has really worked. For me while even the smallest kit is pricey a little seems to go a long way. I've been using it about a week and whereas my knees used to constantly be dry and flakey and insanely itchy they now are mostly just red. Again this is after 1 week of once a day use. I will say initially when my knees were covered with dead and dry skin the kit was very relieving however now that the layer of dead skin and scabs are gone and have stayed gone there is a little bit of burning when I apply the product but I attribute that to it actually being able to soak into my skin. I'm very happy with what this product has done for me in a single week and will definitely be buying again. Of your like me and can't get prescription treatment from a doctor I highly recommend giving this stuff a try.

I suffer from guttate psoriasis. After having clear skin for over two years, the dreaded red spots began to appear. Usually they appear on my face, and as a hairstylist, it's the worst feeling to explain what is going on when someone notices it enough to ask. I had heard about this product through a friend I trusted and decided to try it out. I'm not one to write reviews much, unless I'm really impressed. I got a 30 day dose, but it will last me a lot longer! I know I only have small spots, but this product spreads so well a quarter pump is all I need. It feels great, has no fragrance, and doesn't feel greasy. I don't know if this result is typical, but my spots were gone in days. I couldn't believe it!!! By the time the weekend was over my skin was spotless and I didn't have to face one client with my psoriasis. I would like to thank whoever made this product because it has changed my life! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

If I could zero stars I would. I used this for 3 weeks hoping to see results despite the mixed reviews, it made my psoriasis much worse. I thought it was something I had to wait to see results for, but more psoriasis spots just kept popping up and now it’s worse then when I began using it. Extremely disappointed.

This works, but my concern is that is suppresses the actual cause of the psoriasis. Instead, we've been using diet, and it is helping. There are varying ways of looking at the cause of psoriasis. There is the medical/pharmaceutical explanation, and there is another way which indicates that inflammation can be reduced, or eliminated, by eliminating the cause, and that is done by diet. Food is medicine!

The product was moderately effective but the containers are very small and ran out in 10 - 14 days. It's active ingredient is salicylic acid. It combines this with moisturizes. I have found another moisturizer with salicylic acid at a dollar store that seems to be about as effective as this product and costs much less.

Every time I am under a lot of stress my psoriasis flares up and it is difficult to manage. I have used other creams in the past, I have even gone through the hassle of getting to a dermatologist for prescription creams, but nothing seemed to work. A friend of mine told me to give Prosoria a try because it helped them and guess what, it works! This is not a quick fix. I use it like a daily skin regimen because it takes time to work. No more flare ups or having to deal with going to the doctors office. No more steroids or worries. I finally feel comfortable again. I highly recommend this product.
