Amazing fountains! I bought these 3 months ago and wanted to wait until I’ve had them awhile before submitting my honest review. I bought 3 as an upgrade to my Cat It fountains. First of all, I love how these are made from stainless steel. They stay clean and don’t cause feline acne like my plastic fountains did. And they are whisper quiet. I honestly was skeptical about how quiet they would be, but I truly don’t hear them at all! The window lit with the blue light is great as I can see the water level very easily. And it provides a nice night light effect. The fountains are a breeze to clean, taking a few minutes to clean and replace the filters. I am also very pleased with the filters. They do a good job of filtering hair and food particles. And relatively inexpensive. Customer service is awesome! 2 of my fountains came with a different style filter than what I ordered. I contacted the company by email and quickly received a response from Haley. She was quick to send me the correct parts and made everything right. Haley even checked in with me to make sure I received the parts and that everything was working satisfactorily. I can’t say enough positive things about these fountains and customer support!

Great fountain! Sturdy and works well. Its perfect for one cat and is small so it fits pretty much anywhere. The pump works well, too. It's quiet, has a nice water flow and perfect for the cat who loves to drink from a faucet.

Purchased a few of these cat fountains and will continue purchasing more for gifts. Love them! Quiet so my cat loves them. Stainless steel, so not as gunk collecting as plastic fountains (tho there are plastic pieces inside but I don’t see a way around that) Looks great, runs great, sturdy, durable, holds a-lot of water. I clean my cats fountain every 4 days but I think you can actually go a little longer, I just choose to keep it as fresh as possible for my kitty. Anyway, one the fountains I purchased came defective and I reached out to their customer service and they replaced immediately! No hassle no fuss. This one works amazing. Great company, great product, great service! Thank you Haley!! I will continue to buy more as gifts, I love how your company stands behind their products!

Water fountain worked amazing!! My kitty definitely drank more and cleaning/maintenance is as easy as it gets. My pump however bit the dust 6 months in. I contacted costumer support (on the side of the fountains basin) and received a respond within a few hours! Haley has been very helpful and even offered to send replacement filters! Incredible customer service, will update to 5 stars after receiving new filter!

My cat is picky. Ever since I adopted her, she has refused every water option I’ve offered: bubblers, small bowls, heavy bowls, etc. However, she LOVES this fountain! It’s quiet, clean, looks sleek, and most importantly, it’s too heavy for her to knock over AND the reservoir is too shallow for her to truly splash too much. Mine is currently on a carpeted floor, so I purchased a small silicon mat to keep it steady and protect the carpet from incidental splashing. Assembly was a little bit confusing; the first time I put it together, the pump was not pushing water through the spout. The plastic half-circle piece that looks to be already attached in the instructions was loose in the box. Once I figured that out, it was easy to put together, fill up, and plug in. Now I just have to keep an eye on the water level (which is easy with the light and window in the front of the fountain) and refill it before it gets too low. Otherwise, it’s low maintenance and I can forget about it outside of routine cleaning. I would highly recommend this affordable fountain for anyone struggling to find a clean, quiet fountain that their cat isn’t afraid of and doesn’t see as a fun, splashy toy.

I purchased this fountain for my Boxer. She doesn't like loud noises or new things. My kitchen is small, so I didn't need a big dog water fountain. She's still getting used to it but seems to like it. I removed the spigot since she likes to drink directly from where the water bubbles into the lid. The fountain is quiet, easy to clean, and the filters are easy to replace. The water level window is a great feature, so you can check if you need to add water without lifting off the top of the fountain or unplugging it. I'd recommend it for dogs and cats - especially if you have limited space.

This is the 3rd type of car water fountaining have purchased and so far superior to the other two. The perfect size for 1 cat. Well built, quiet running and easy set up. My cat loves this as the fountain spout is like the sink faucet she loves to drink from.

Has worked wonderfully and my car is very entertained by the fountain feature. Easy to clean as well.

Not the most expensive filter out there, but not the cheapest one either. Neither of my cats really like the fountain (I gave it 3 weeks and only one of them barely drinks from it). The pump is relatively quiet but not “quieter than a whisper” as advertised (I can hear it from the next room over). I make sure to keep the water level full and clean the fountain regularly with a non-scratch sponge. However there are scratches in the stainless steel already! This promotes bacteria to sit in the scratches, as well as this fountain builds water scale quickly. Not satisfied with the $50+ I spent on this purchase. Both of my cats much prefer their still water bowls
