Just what I had expected at a great price. I love glutamine for tissue health, stomach problems, calming effects and after workouts. An amino acid everyone should have in their cabinet!

Should definitely be 5-stars... but the fact you now want $126 is disgusting. I am just now finishing my 2 bottle of this and gave never paid more than $27-$28! As far as the product goes though, it’s definitely my favorite. Tasteless/odorless and mixes completely into and drink without effort.

Great for muscle and the immune system. A lot of people don't realize it, but glutamine is burned up fast when exercising and this can compromise the immune system as it gets first crack at your glutamine. Taking this I didn't get the inevitable cold when I work out hard for a few weeks. This was a cheap source, but definitely high quality. I just add a small scoop to my protein shakes. I would definitely recommend this to any weight lifter. Some people claim high doses increase endurance, but I've never noticed it.

Best price for this supplement. Helps to recover after heavy exercise. I would buy again and again. I recommend it.

I always add this to my fiber drink, in a 1/2 filled water bottle, right after I get home from the gym everyday for over a year...adds a slightly sweeter/smoother taste to my fiber mix, calms down my muscle stress, and keeps my poor tummy working properly! Just read about it’s ability to help with sickle cell pain & ordering some for a friend with a different type of thalasemia blood disorder to try.

We compared Amazon's price with the price at our local Whole Foods' store. When we looked for it on the shelf, the clerk took us right to it because he used it for his weight training. A Homeopathic doctor recommended it when I and my wife (who has survived two bouts of breast cancer) attended a cancer workshop here in Sacramento. We are almost done with our second jar and Mary Alice's neuropathy (numbness in hands, finger, feet and toes) is much reduced and I have been feeling stronger and "chipper." Glutamine is essential for our bodies and I recommend doing individual research to be convinced of its value. We are both in our late 70s.

This item is just worst I have ever used, taste horrible and mouth feel nothing more than DIRT and DUST. The clever and client enemy manufacturer have printed the label in most UGLY design; black fine prints on the red-brown surface so the user can not read without magnifying glass. I can not see the quantity on the Jar any where. This is lot number 1280138 code # 6 66999 13100 4. by IRON-TEK. It is tried only twice and not accepted by the mouth for the DIRT DUST contents and all the jars are lying waiting for the manufacturer for the return / refund. Is that the so called Iron-Tek will ever respond ? And - Or the Iron- Tek will keep on misguiding and fooling the public ??

This l glutamine is great. Helps me recover faster from vigorous workout. I highly recommend this glutamine product. This is a high quality product.
