These are so great for my cystic acne spots. I’ve already repurchased 5 packs now. I use them overnight and they help tremendously with inflammation and soreness. Overall I think they help heal the spots faster as well.

Do they really make a difference??
Quickly improves appearance of blemish. 3-4 hours shows vast improvement on redness and inflammation. First time trying the patches with microdarts. I will be trying these out for awhile.

Better than simple hydrocolloid patches
The microdarts do a good job of holding the patch in place so it does not slide on your skin at night. The addition of magnesium made no noticeable difference in how rapidly the blemish was resolved.
