Really impressed with the quality of the materials and build. And pleasantly surprised that the kit comes with absolutely everything you need, including sandpaper, wax and elastic bands. I enjoy model making and this took a steady 5 hours over 2 days, but I found the instructions easy to follow.

Pretty easy and looks good

This is a great gift. It is well designed and can fill many hours when constructing. Great fun to 'use' afterwards too. Highly recommend. Added bonus was the very speedy dispatch and delivery. Very happy with everything, cheers.

This is one of the trickier ROKR models to build, requiring a high level of precision in assembly. It took me - an experienced builder - 5 hours to complete, spread over 3 sessions. I'd definitely recommend taking a break after 90 minutes or so as getting clearances and freedom of movement correct are absolutely vital for this kit to operate properly. Parts mostly fit together well, though some are a very tricky fit. Extracting some of the more slender parts from the base wood sheets can also be tricky. Be ready to use a small knife to assist in separation, rather than relying on pushing parts out. You also need to use the supplied wax extensively, especially in the bolt assemblage, which is not a great design. Comparing this to ROKR's AK47, shows the latter to be a much better design, both of the bolt mechanism and more generally. When assembled and fired a few times to ensure moving parts run freely, the gun provides a reasonable experience. Automatic fire works as designed, though the trigger occasionally fails to reseat mid-burst, so don't be surprised if you can't fire multiple bursts, rather than one long one. There is no safety catch incorporated in the mechanism, nor a fire selector for single or multi-shot modes. Both features are present on ROKR's AK47. The bonus feature here is the imitation bullet case ejection feature from the rotary magazine (actually a straight 10). That works, but not super-reliably. I've found that even shooting 12 rubber bands, one shell can be left in the magazine, indicating that the ejection arm attached to the bolt is occasionally failing to engage the imitation bullet. All in all a reasonable kit, though one that lacks the sophistication and "play value" of ROKR's AK47. It would make a good gift for someone experienced with ROKR kits, but not as a beginner's set.

Goed uitgevoerd, bent wel even bezig , maar dat is het leuke. Zit prima in elkaar, duidelijke instructies.

Eigentlich wollte ich einfach nur die Tommy Gun als Accessoire für eine Moto Party (bonnie and clyde). Aber ernsthaft, so was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Schon der Zusammenbau ist ein Erlebnisse. Zu Beginn war ich etwas eingeschüchtert. Die Teile sind Teilweise sehr filigran und die Menge kann schon im ersten Moment erschlagend sein. Die Anleitung ist wirklich sehr gut und man kommt schnell voran. Kurz gesagt, i war hin und weg von der kleverness dieses Puzzles. Schwer beeindruckt. Dabei sieht die fertige Gun nicht nur super au. Nein, sie ist sogar funktional. Unglaublich geil. Hatte und habe einen Riesen Spass. Ich empfehle dir dieses Erlebnis von Herzen. Leider geil

Mon petit fils est fan de ces constructions en bois. Petit souci, la pièce de la gâchette est très fragile et est cassée.
