La verdad no pensé que sería bueno pero l verdad es excelente en las noches tenía que levantarme hasta 3 y 4 veces a orinar pero ahora una vez y hay veces que me tengo que levantar

I haven't really noticed any real difference or improvement with urinating so frequently. I have been taking it consistently for 3+ weeks. So, the jury is still out. Once I have finished the P-Keeper, I'll be able to assess better.
