Amazing for Flexibility & Back Recovery

Well made strap & informative booklet
This strap comes with a comprehensive booklet on stretching exercises, so far I've only used it to stretch out my calf for which it works almost as well as a towel!

Does the job but, ouch, that price......
Surely something like this does not have to cost £33 ????It's just a thin 'belt' material with some sowing on it to create a few hoops ?I mean, £8 to £12 maybe ?Hopefully one day it might become a collector's item and I'll be able to recoup some of that money back.Otherwise, absolutely no complaints, it works, my hamstrings are at their most flexible and I can now touch my toes :)

This is the one your PT uses. Strong, made well, no loose threads, great stitching, thick, and non-stretching. Perfect for use after ORIF due to trimalleolar fracture on one ankle and avulsion fracture on the other. Bought to use at home in between therapy appointments. Didn't come with mobile app but did come with booklet containing additional exercises. Great product. Highly recommended. Happy customer. Thank you.

bin auf irgendeiner empfehlungsliste aus den statten drüber gestolpert und hab mir das ding bei amazon bestellt. lohnt sich. für alle die sich gerne dehnen (egal ob nach dem sport, als unterstützung um die mobilität zu erhöhen, für yoga-freunde) ist dies eine super unterstützung.

Definitely worth it!
This is even better than I had hoped! I can tell the strap is well made. The loops offer lots of variation for stretching and it comes with a stretch guide too. This seems like a legit fitness tool and it’s made in the USA. So happy I went with this product vs others I was looking at. To top it off this arrived 5 days sooner than expected. So happy!
