Almost 2 years after I bought this. Still does the job neatly. Works with both municipal and tap water.

I purchased an Aquaguard water purifier about a year ago based on the assurance given at the time of sale that filters only need replacement when the red indicator light turns on, indicating clogging or end-of-life. I was clearly told that until then, the purifier would continue to work properly, providing alkaline water with minerals as advertised. Recently, Eureka Forbes sent a service technician to my home without me booking any service, solely to push an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), which I had already rejected earlier. Despite this, the technician still arrived and aggressively tried to sell the AMC. What was shocking is that the technician claimed my filter is “almost gone” and that minerals are no longer present, even though: There is NO red indicator light The purifier shows no error or health warning There is no system evidence to prove what he was claiming This raises a serious question: If your own machine does not indicate filter failure, how can a technician arbitrarily declare it unusable? This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers into buying an AMC worth ₹6,000 every year. To make matters worse: Aquaguard offers only 4-step filtration + alkaline Competing brands in the market offer 10-step filtration, alkaline + minerals, and 2 years of no service requirement Yet Aquaguard expects customers to pay ₹6,000 every single year — for what exactly? This experience has completely broken my trust in the brand. The product may be decent, but the sales-driven service model feels unethical and deceptive. I strongly advise potential buyers to: Read the fine print carefully Question unsolicited service visits Be cautious of AMC pressure tactics Unless Eureka Forbes fixes this misleading approach, I will not recommend Aquaguard to anyone.

Excellent Product and Excellent Service in my City. Thats why I choose Aquaguard over Kent in Kolkata. Next day installation happened. Based on my request, Installation Engineer adjusted the TDS to WHO recommended level. MTDS is a must nowadays as TDS 60-80 is not good for health. In terms of Alkaline I am geting around ph 8-8.5 which is good enough for a Distilled remineralized water. Product is silent in operation and it takes around 15-20 min to fill the 6 litre tank. Water tastes exactly as I expected. Thanks to Euoreka Forbes for this lovely product. As usual thanks to Amazon for fast delivery.

Nice but less options for sale

Product is good but installation service is not good

I am writing the review after using 3 day. Water taste is good due to alkaline filter. Right now after using this water purifier TDS level of water is 70. Installation is very fast & Technician are well trained & behavior is good. One thing I would say to amazon plz focus on packaging. As we ordered a valuable product. It's should be taken care by courier. Last point:- HIGHLY RECOMMEND MUSY BUY.. If anyone search for a good water purifier just go for it.....
