I found this product in a health food store when visiting Valencia Spain. At first I wasn't sure if it was making a difference. But after 2 weeks I knew it was making a remarkable difference. I have extreme edema from chronic veinous insufficiency in both my lower legs and feet. I put this cream on every morning with a dab of castor oil before I put on my 30hhl compression socks. I have much less swelling when standing or sitting for extend times. Love this product and i found the seller on Amazon and ordered two tubes. They were delivered much faster than expected and in perfect condition. Very thankful for this product.
