*acct owners daughter here. I am 5 ft 1 and i have thick thighs. Im plus sized. Wondering will these stay up?

Hi, size 18, thick thighs, heck thick everything! Mine stayed up all night and were a huge hit!

Is there something (ex: rubber like material) at the top of the thigh high, on the inside to help keep the thigh up up on your leg?

No, there is a waistband and false garters attached to these
