E-TECH EE01-BK- BLACK - Car/Bike Engine Enamel Paint - 250ml

I have just used this on a cast iron cylinder head and haven’t had it up to temperature yet but I have no concerns that. This paint is by far the best engine paint I have ever used, a good mix before use and the application is perfect. It pretty much doesn’t need a second coat and brushes on with ease. No dragging or smearing just an all round great product. Self settles you can’t see brush lines and the colour is even better than the product pictures on the box.Definitely recommend!

Covers really well, like with all paints stir it well before. Nice and shiny, looked great 😊

I needed to paint a large 4 litre engine block on my classic car. With the proper preparation this stuff goes on superbly. Doesn't need a primer, although I used one anyway (Smoothrite). The gloss finish leaves no brush marks or runs and looks very thick. Time will tell, but I am pretty impressed so far. Don't buy more than you need. My 250mm tin is still half full having done the engine and gearbox. Only needs one coat too.

Gives a good finish. Needs at least a couple of coats since the paint is quite thin.No indication on box or tin as to what is best to use to clean brushes.

I was skeptical about reviews saying that this small tin was plenty, but just like stated by others I managed to paint a 6-Cylinder engine block and still have over half left. And the coverage from just one coat was enough, it appears quite thin in the tin but when I goes on it's nice and thick, a tiny amount on the brush goes a long way. I can't speak for it's heat, oil and rust resistance yet, time will tell!
