I have been putting off a job that I should have done months, possibly years ago and that is to make some small leather washers to stop my hole saw blades from sticking to the threaded Drill Bit Adapter. Anyone who has used a hole saw and found it stuck onto the threaded shaft will know it sometimes seems impossible to remove, some adaptors have a mechanism that is supposed to stop this from happening. But if you forget to engage that mechanism you find yourself in the same situation. A strong leather washer will stop this from happening and with this length of leather I can make a few dozen washers . I need this many as the washers don't last forever and to have a few spares will stop me from westling with the saw each time I forget to engage the mechanism !!

This is the third time I’ve ordered a leather strap from this seller (different colors each time). I crochet large tweed-inspired tote bags and use this leather for handles. Nice thickness, but still easy enough to leather-punch holes through. Perfect length for shoulder drop too—each spool makes two handles/shoulder straps. I haven’t been disappointed yet and will continue to order my leather straps from here. Nice color variety for the different bags I make.

Such a nice product! So many applications—we used for hanging baskets for our new brick and mortar display. Easy to cut and punch. Love the rustic look of the real leather when handled! Perfect!

A bit thinner than I like but useable. Great for straps and still can be dyed a darker color.

I was making handles for a bag and it was thin enough to bend easily but sturdy enough to hold a purse. I had bought some 8/9 oz staps per the pattern instructions and they were way too thick. I think that mine were 4/5 ounces that I ordered. I would not go thicker unless you are supporting something super heavy as it's too difficult to put rivets through etc. I bought a strap cutter thinking I had to trim down pieces, but this is done for you already.

Several inches short (69.75 instead of 72) and a bit thin, but it'll do the job. Pretty lousy measuring on the seller's part though. Wouldn't order from them again.
